高速高温射流冲击传热特性的数值模拟

摘    要:射流冲击传热作为一种有效的强化传热方法,射流冲击参数直接影响其传热效果.本文采用数值模拟方法对高速高温射流冲击的传热特性进行了研究,特别研究了喷嘴与冲击面间距离及喷嘴轴线和冲击面间的夹角对其传热特性的影响规律.研究结果对高速高温射流冲击传热特性的理论研究及工程应用都有非常重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Jet impinging is an available method for strengthen heat transfer.The impingement parameter influences directly the heat transfer characteristics.This paper studied the heat transfer characteristics of the high velocity and temperature jet impinging with the numerical simulation methods,especially the effects of the impinging distance between the nozzle and the impingement surfaces and the angle between the axis of the nozzle and the impingement surfaces.The study results has offered the significant reference for the heat transfer characteristics of the high velocity and temperature jet impinging in theoretic research and the application of engineering.
