摘 要: | 建立了某牵引车车身的有限元模型,运用Hyperworks软件对该牵引车车身骨架进行了强刚度分析,在分析基础上进行了重点部位的电测布片,测试了该牵引车车身的满载静态应力应变、满载动态应力变化,通过测试结果分析,验证了该牵引车车身的有限元模型较为理想,进一步为优化设计、降低制造成本提供了可靠性支持。

Abstract: | Establish finite element model of some towing vehicle body,analyse the strong rigidity for the body frame of this towing vehicle by using the software of Hyperworks,do electric measurement cloth for the key parts based on analysis,test the static stress and strain,dynamic stress changes in full loading condition,through test result analysis,verify more ideal of finite element model for the body of this towing vehicle,provide reliability support for optimization design,reduce manufacture cost. |
