| 摘 要： | 在某柴油机催化转化器的设计开发阶段，需要对其催化转化器进行分析，目的是找出优化措施。使用FIRE软件对优化前和优化后的DOC和SCR进行了CFD分析。结果表明：优化前的DOC和SCR在入口段扩张管存在漩涡，出现流动分离现象；优化后的DOC和SCR消除了漩涡，气流速度均匀性系数提高了。

| Abstract: | Analyse its catalyst converter during development stage of some diesel engine catalyst converter, the purpose is to find out optimization measures,do CFD analysis for before and after DOC and SCR by using FIRE software.The consequence shows：there is whirlpool exsit in the entrance of expended pipe for DOC and SCR before optimization,flow separation phenomenon appear; the whirlpool eleminated for the after optimization DOC and SCR,improve the uniformity coefficient of air flow speed. |
