| 摘 要： | 通过现有的失速试验、时滞试验、油压试验、道路试验、故障码扫描等多种试验方法，可在变速器解体之前获得故障信息。在深入分析自动变速器结构及各元件功能的基础上，将各种试验进行合理的逻辑组合，对获得的故障信息进行逻辑分析，最终可将故障源限定在最小的范围之内。分析探讨了这种方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | By the existing test methods,such as stalling test,time lag test,oil pressure test,road test,failure code scan-ning and etc.,failure information can be obtained before disassembing the AT.Based on deep analysis of the structure of AT and functions of its components,the different tests can be logically combined,and the obtained information can be logi-cally analyzed,and in the end the failure source can be limited in a minimum range.The feasibility of the method is an a-lyzed and dis cussed. |
