XDZ-B型多功能点灯装置测试平台设计

信号机是传统的信号设备之一，XDZ-B型多功能点灯装置是信号机作为信号显示的执行单元，其可靠性与安全性直接影响整个信号系统的安全可靠性。为方便维护人员对信号机点灯装置的各种性能指标的定期测试并提高测试准确性，设计了一款XDZ-B型多功能点灯装置测试平台。该平台通过隔离方式采样点灯装置的电气参数，并可自动模拟现场各类典型故障，实现了自动测试，测试数据一致性好、准确性高。该测试平台已在南京地铁使用，可快速定位点灯装置故障点，快速筛选性能下降的点灯装置，对降低信号机点灯装置故障率及提高检修效率具有积极意义。

Testing platform for XDZ-B type multifunction signal lighting device

Signal is one of the three important equipment in traditional signal system. XDZ-B type multifunction lighting device was taken as the signal operation unit, its reliability and safety would inference the whole signal system directly. In order to test different performance criteria of signal lighting device regularly and improve testing accuracy, for the convenience of operation staff, a testing platform for XDZ-B type multifunction signal lighting device was designed. This platform could be used to sample electric parameters of signal lighting device by isolation method, simulate all kinds of typical equipment fault, work automatically with good data consistency and high data accuracy. The platform has been used in Nanjing Metro to detect the fault points of the signal lighting device and quickly filter the signal lighting device with reduced performance. It has a positive meaning to reduce the failure rate and improve the maintenance efficiency.
