长春至吉林城际铁路时间、速度目标值的选择

摘    要:研究目的:初步选定切合本线特点,满足运输需求,符合铁路发展战略,实现最佳经济效益的时间、速度目标值,是本文研究的目的。研究方法:结合长吉城际铁路的所处地域经济和本线运输特点,对采用不同速度目标值进行经济比较和适应性分析。研究结果:初步确定长吉城际铁路时间、速度目标值。研究结论:长吉城际铁路时间目标值控制在1 h以内,采用250 km/h速度目标值,适合本线地域经济特点,符合铁路客运高速发展趋势,是实现项目效益最大化的最佳方案。

Abstract:Research purposes: This paper's aims were target values of time and speed which was suited to the features of the railway,satisfied with transport requirement,accorded to railway developing strategy and realized to the best(economic) benefit. Research methods:Combining with the regional economy and the transport features of the intercity rail,this paper(compared) and analyzed the economy and adaptability of the target value of different speeds adopted.Research results:This paper initially determined the target values of time and speed for the Changchu-Jilin intercity rail.Research conclusions:The target value of time was controlled within one hour and adopted with 250 km/h,which were suitable to regional economic features and accorded to the speedy development of passenger railway.It was the best scheme to realize the maximum economic benefit of the project.
