摘    要:针对上海通用别克桥车油门踏板总成踏板杆在国产化过程中出现了100万次疲劳试验断裂,进行了材料成分、力学性能、有限元分析、台架试验等分析,找到了材料替代中硬度低的原因,提出了最佳的硬度值。

Abstract:Different analyses have been performed on the gas pedal levers for SGM Buick,including material composition analysis,mechanical properties analysis,finite element analysis,and benchtest.The causes of lower hardness due to material substitution and failure to finish one million cycles fa-tigue test were found.Optimized hardness value Was given based on the analysis.
