基于CFD的清扫车气力输送系统仿真分析

随着中国城市化进程加快,传统城市道路清洁模式已经不能满足需要,符合中国国情的洗扫车需求日益增加。气力输送系统是洗扫车的关键技术之一,本文运用CFD方法对清扫车的气力输送系统进行仿真分析,包括风机、吸嘴、沉降室的建模、网格划分及后处理,以直观的方式表示出气力输送系统的速度场、压力场。仿真结果对于洗扫车产品的优化更新具有一定的借鉴意义。

Simulation and Analysis of Sweeper Pneumatic Conveying System Based on CFD

With the rapid development of china city process,traditional city road cleaning model cannot sat-isfy requirements, the need of professional sweeper fitting for china conditions increase day by day. Pneu-matic Conveying System is one of the key technology of sweeper,this thesis applies CFD methods simulat-ing and analyzing the Pneumatic Conveying System, include building models of flower, nozzles and gar-bage chamber,meshing and solution,describe velocity and pressure field of Pneumatic Conveying System with visual method. The results have guiding meanings for optimizing the sweeper products.
