| 摘 要： | 目的 研究他扎罗汀治疗进行期寻常型银屑病前后异维甲酸受体α(RXRα)的变化 ,并探讨其作用机制。方法 用原位杂交的方法检测进行期银屑病皮损用药前后RXRαmRNA的表达。结果 在银屑病皮损中 ,可见基底层和基底上层RXRαmRNA的表达 ,他扎罗汀治疗后可见RXRα表达于表皮全层 ,基底上层有显著上升的趋势 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 他扎罗汀通过促进RARγ RXRα的结合 ,上调银屑病表皮基底上层中RXRα的表达 ,抑制表皮角质形成细胞的增殖并诱导凋亡。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the alteration of retinoid X receptor α (RXRα) with the treatment of tazarotene in active psoriasis vulgaris and investigate the mechanism. Methods RXRαmRNA in active psoriatic lesions before and after treatment with tazarotene was detected by hybridization in situ . Results There were expressions of RXRαmRNA in psoriatic lesions of the basal layer and suprabasal layers; after treatment with tazarotene, and there were expressions of RXRα in the whole layers of epidermis, with an elevated tendency in the suprabasal layers( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion Tazarotene upregulates the expression of RXRα and inhibits proliferation and induces apoptosis of keratinocytes through facilitating the binding of RARγ RXRα in psoriatic epidermis. |
