锰的毒性损伤与自由基

摘    要:动物实验表明,锰能抑制小鼠胎盘SOD活性,使大鼠全血和肝组织GSH-Px活性降低,血清MDA水平升高,血清和甲状腺巯基含量降低,人群调查也观察到,锰对工人脂质过氧化和抗氧化保护系统的影响,锰毒性损伤作用可能与自由基介导的多巴胺自氧化、线粒体损伤、生物大分子改变和巯基耗竭等一系列效应有关。

Abstract:In experimental animals exposed to manganese,inhibited activities of SOD in mouse placenta,GSH Px in rat blood and liver,decreased GSH level in rat serum and thyroid gland,and increased MDA level in rat serum were found.Effect of manganese on lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system was also observed among exposed workers.Manganese toxicity may be associated with the DA autooxidation,injured mitochondrion,large biomolecular change and glutathione depletion induced by free radical.
