盾构进洞盐水冻结加固施工技术

摘    要:介绍了天津地铁2号线东南角站—建国道站区间盾构进洞采用的盐水冻结法加固技术,该加固技术取得了非常理想的效果.结合工程实际对冻土帷幕和冻结效果进行的验算分析表明,采用盐水冻结加固技术降低了盾构进洞过程中出现漏水、涌沙的可能性.施工中在破洞门钢筋混凝土时要精细施工,注意防止破坏冻结管,减少盾构机在冷冻体的停留时间,并做好保温措施.

Abstract:The brine freezing technology was used for the shield tunneling entry of Southeast Station and Jianguo Rd Station of Tianjin Metro Line 2,and has obtained very ideal effect.According to an analysis of the freezing soil curtain and the freezing effect of a practical project,it shows that the brine freezing technology is able to reduce the water leakage and heaving sand in shield tunneling entry,but during the engineering of breaking concrete attention should be given to avoid destroying the freezing pipe,the residence time of shied machine in frozen style should be reduced and good heat preservation measures be taken.
