| 摘 要： | 从人文、城市、经济等三个视角阐述了地铁商业可持续发展的本质和意义。结合深圳地铁商业开发经营的理念、实践和经验,归纳了在规划、建设、经营和人才等方面制约地铁商业发展的四大问题。在地铁商业空间的设计、利用、获取、开发、经营等五个方面提出了建议,以有效推动地铁商业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The essence and importance of sustainable development for metro commerce are elaborates from three different aspects: humanity,city,and economy.Combined with the concept,practice and experience of Shenzhen Metro development and management,four major problems that have restricted the development of metro commercial space are summarized.To promote a sustainable development of metro commerce,five proposals are put forwarded,regarding the design,utilization,obtainment,development and management of metro commercial space. |
