| 摘 要： | 广州地铁西朗车辆综合维修基地的原设计生产能力已接近饱和,为此对西朗车辆段大架修库进行改扩建。介绍了大架修库改造方案。从大架修库房改造和大架修工艺设备改造两个方面论述了本次改造对于车辆大架修生产效能带来的提升。通过改造,提升了车辆大架修生产能力,完善和优化了大架修生产工艺,西朗车辆段将满足1、2、8号线车辆大架修生产需求。

| Abstract: | Since the originally designed overhaul capacity of Xilang Depot(XD) of Guangzhou Metro has reached the saturation, so XD is expanded and rebuilt in order to enhance the overhaul capacity and optimize the overhaul production process.After the expansion,XD will meet the needs of Linel.Line2 and Line 8 rolling stock overhaul production. The improvement and promotion of XD overhaul capacity and efficiency is introduced from two aspects:the rebuilding of depot and the expansion of processing equipment. |
