综合监控系统中电力故障录波功能的实现

摘    要:介绍了一种QT4、C++语言环境下开发的故障录波分析工具。论述了该工具的数据申请、数据文件管理、波形分析等三个主要模块的功能以及程序流程。该工具充分利用综合监控系统现有的硬件结构,可以在控制中心申请全线所有微机保护装置中的故障录波数据,通过版本管理机制实现录波数据的集中管理和其他工作站上的同步:在不影响综合监控系统现有功能的情况下,将电力系统中专有的故障录波分析功能融入到了综合监控系统中,可为操作员分析电力故障提供很好的帮助。

Abstract:A fault recording analytic tool is introduced, which is developed on the QT4/C + + platform.With full use of the hardware of integrated supervisory and control system(ISCS),it is possible in the operating control center to request fault recording data from all micro-proccsserbased relay protection equipments of the whole line.Based on the version management rule,a centralized management and the synchronization with other working stations for the fault recording data could be realized.This tool merges the analytic functions of power system fault recording into ISCS without influencing the current function of the system.In fact,this research provides a big help for operators to analyze the power system fault.
