| 摘 要： | 针对冲压工艺设计的特点，提出了冲压工艺模板的概念，将基于模板的设计方法引入到汽车覆盖件冲压工艺设计领域。探讨了冲压工艺模板的信息建模及及其实例化设计，给出了基于模板的汽车覆盖件冲压工艺快速设计集成系统的开发框架。最后以某型轿车的发动机盖外板冲压工艺设计为例，介绍了应用该方法进行冲压工艺设计的过程。

| Abstract: | Ac cording to characteristics of stamping process design,the concept of stamping process molding board is presented,and the design method based on molding board is introduced into the area of automotive covering panel stamping process.Info rmation modeling and its instantiation design of stamping process molding board are discussed.The developing frame of the quick design integrated system of st amping process of automotive body based on molding board is given.In the end,a pplication of the method in stamping process is introduced with an example of st amping process of the covering panel of one passenger car hood. |
