| 摘 要： | 沥青路面的早期破坏，不仅与设计、施工等路面形成前的环节有关，而且与路面形成后的使用、养护和管理联系紧密。因此，要消灭沥青路面早期破坏这一质量通病，延长沥青路面的使用周期，提高投资效益，就需要设计、施工、养护管理各方主体各负其责，分头把关。

| Abstract: | The early-time damage of asphalt pavement is not only owing to design and construction of pavement, but also owing to the usage, maintenance and management after the construction finished. Therefore, it require all organizations take their responsibility and control strictly, in order to dissolve this common disease, prolong the using age of asphalt pavement and advance the investment benefit. |
