| Abstract: | Aiming at the frequent traffic accidents related to hazardous goods on the Chinese highway,the Paper had an analysis on the deficiencies existing in the national law and regulation,the behavious of convey man and the enforcement of law by the traffic police.It also provides corresponding countermeasure and summarizes the information technology and real time monitoring sytem that can be used in hazardous goods transport. |
