| 摘 要： | 日益严重的环境问题已经引起世界各国的关注，运用刑事法律手段对环境犯罪加以制裁成为各国共识。由于历史文化与法律发展进程不同，两大法系国家的环境刑法亦有差异，但其宏观上仍有共通之处。我国环境的刑法保护起步较晚，法律规定有相当缺漏。本文通过对英美法系与大陆法系典型国家有关环境刑法的若干问题分析研究，希望对我国环境刑法的发展与完善有所裨益。
