CA488发动机连杆精密锻造生产线

这条由国外引进的精密锻造生产线，是由精密棒料剪切机，中频电感应加热炉，自动辊锻机，电液锤，切边机，余热淬火机，连续回火炉，强力喷同及全套检测设备组成，对其加工的连杆锻件进行金相组织，机械性能，尺寸精度等检验的结果表明，锻件精度高于ＢＧ１２３６１－６２的精密级，也高于德国ＤＩＮ７５２６的Ｅ级（精密线），外观质量也明显优于常规锻件。

A Precision Forging Production Line for Con-rood of CA488 Engine

A Precision forging production line imported from overseas is consisted of a pre cision bar-cutting machine,medium frequency inductive heating furnace,automatic roll forging ma chine, electricsehydraulic hammer, edge trimmer, a machine for hardening with forging residual heat,continuous tempering furnace, powerful shot peening machine and a complete set of inspec tion and measuring equipment. The metallographic structure,mechanical properties and accuracy in size,etc. of connecting rod forgings produced on the line are inspected,the results show that the ac curacy of forgings is higher than an accurate gvade specified in GB1236l-62,and also higher than E accurate class specified in DIN7526 of Germaug, their quality in appearance is evidently better than that of conventional forgings.
