| Abstract: | If the project is executed by a team with full experiences,the aims of project management could be the optimum,the risk of building could be cut to the lowest,the responsibility and power could be clearly differentiated.The Lushan Bridge in Fuyang City of Zhejiang Province is selected as the engineering case.The management methods of the risks of its project cost,schedule,quality,safety and environment are concluded.The summary will be a valuable reference to the future engineering projects. |
