欧洲运输政策背景下的捷克铁路运输——访捷克交通运输部副部长Zdenek Zak先生

捷克共和国，欧洲中部的内陆国，东靠斯洛伐克，南邻奥地利，西接德国．北毗波兰，国土面积78866平方公里。2009年3月4日，为期三天的”国际铁路货运大会”在捷克最大的经济中心--首都布拉格拉开帷幕．来自欧亚铁路货运系统的约150名代表参加了本次大会。

Both European and Czech transport policy is focused on the proportional development of all transport modes, as each of them plays irreplaceable part within the transportation market. Setting up cooperation among the individual transport modes is thus highly important, and it is in all ways more effective than competition. Competition is of course also desirable, representing an essential ingredient of market environment that regulates the price and quality of the services, but it has to be pursued among the transport providers, not among the transport modes. It has to be advantageous for entrepreneurs in road transport to cooperate with the other modes - it should bring about freight expense savings to them.
