| 摘 要： | 通过对某型轿车用点烟器外套进行工艺性分析与计算,将原来需要3副模具才能完成的外套零件冲压工艺整合到1副多工位级进模上完成.经试验和生产应用表明,新工艺与模具设计合理,降低了模具制造成本,提高了生产效率.

| Abstract: | A multi-position progressive die that can complete all procedures to replace the original three progressive dies is designed through process analysis and calculation of thimble parts of a car cigarette lighter.The test and production show that the design of new process and die are reasonable,decrease the manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency. |
