| 摘 要： | 喷漆对塑料材料的性能影响的研究,在材料学研究中一直是个空白,通过对材料的基本样条的喷漆前后平行对比实验研究,分析喷漆对保险杠材料的性能影响。找到主要受影响的性能指标;影响的数量大小;分析受影响的根本原因和避免或消除的途经;为汽车喷漆保险杠的设计提供参考意见。

| Abstract: | Research of the influence of spray painting to the performance of plastic material is a lacuna in material study.The influence of spray painting to the bumper is analyzed by contrast test of the material basic sample before and after spray painting.The main influenced performance index and magnitude is found,and the ultimate causes and the methods to avoid are analyzed.Reference is provided to the design of the spray painting bumper. |
