| 摘 要： | 56例食管癌切除标本应用S－100蛋白抗体对癌组织及其区域淋巴结中树突状细胞（DC）进行免疫组化染色观察。结果显示：癌组织中DC浸润密度同淋巴细胞反应强度有关（P＜0．05），癌细胞分化较好者组织中DC浸润较多（P＜0．05），在淋巴结转移癌灶和正常淋巴组织之间常见到一条高密度DC浸润带，提示DC与机体局部抗肿瘤免疫有关。癌组织及淋巴结中DC浸润密度愈高，癌复发转移愈少（P＜0．05），提示DC浸润强度对判断食管癌预后有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Dendritic cells (DC ) in tumor tissues and their regional lymph nodes of 56 cases esophageal carcinoma were studied immunohistochernically using anti-S-100 protein antisera. Theresults showed that the DC infiltrates corelated wellwith the lymphcytes in carcinoma tissue and tumor cell differentiation (P＜0. 05). DC were concentrated near the fool of carcinoma in the metastasized group. These suggest that DC play more important role in host resistance to cancer. In patients with a marked infiltration of DC. the incidence of local recurrence and distant metastasis was slightly less,which indicates that they are valuable in prognosis. |
