基于颗粒流程序的土石混合料振动压实特性数值分析

摘    要:基于PFC2D颗粒流程序,建立考虑块石破碎的土石混合料振动压实模型,进行了不同含石量、不同泥岩砂岩块石混合比例的土石混合料振动压实试验模拟研究。结果表明:土石混合料试样的最大干密度随泥岩砂岩块石混合比的增大逐渐增大,随含石量的增加先增大后减小,60%含石量为其最优含石量;试样上部的块石受振动锤的影响较大,发生高度破碎,试样下部的块石主要发生高应力下的拉张破坏,破碎程度较低;块石的破碎率随含石量的增加而增大,随泥岩砂岩混合比的增大而增大。

PFC-based Numerical Analysis of Vibrating Compaction Characteristics of Earth-rock Mixture
Abstract:Depending on PFC2D, the vibrating compaction model of earth-rock mixture considering stone breakage was established to conduct the vibrating compaction simulation study on the mixture in different stone content and different proportioning of mudstone, sandstone and block stone. The result shows that, the maximum dry density of the mixture specimen increases gradually with the increasing proportioning of mudstone, sandstone and block stone, and first increases then decreases with the increasing stone content, the optimum stone content is 60 %; the block stones at the upper part of the specimen are affected greatly by the vibration hammer and then highly broken, those at the lower part are subject to high-stress tensile damage mainly and broken to a relatively low extent; the breaking rate of block stone increases with the increment of both the stone content and the mixing ratio of mudstone and sandstone.
