肯尼亚天然火山灰质材料粉磨特性和活性研究

摘    要:选取肯尼亚天然火山灰质材料凝灰岩和火山渣,通过粉磨功指数、相同细度粉磨时间和活性指数研究了两种天然火山灰质材料的粉磨特性和活性,并通过化学结合水、孔结构和SEM对其活性的差异进行了分析。结果表明:凝灰岩粉磨功指数为15.17 kWh/t,火山渣粉磨功指数为25.82 kWh/t,凝灰岩相比于火山渣更易磨细;火山渣的化学结合水低于凝灰岩,孔结构分布优于凝灰岩,从而使其活性高于凝灰岩。

Study on the Grinding Properties and Activity of Natural Pozzolan in Kenya
Abstract:The natural pozzolan tuff and volcanic cinder in Kenya were selected to study the grinding properties and activities of the two kinds of natural pozzolanic materials by grinding work index, grinding time of the same fineness and activity index, and the differences of their activities were analyzed by chemical combined water, pore structure and SEM. The results show that the grinding work index of tuff is 15.17 kWh/t, the grinding work index of volcanic cinder is 25.82 kWh/t. The tuff is easier to grind than the volcanic cinder. The chemical combined water of volcanic cinder is lower than tuff and the pore structure distribution is better than tuff, so its activity is higher than tuff.
