摘    要:以佛山地铁2号线为实例,基于地层-结构模型的基本原理,简化建立地层-加固体-盾构隧道空间计算模型,结合现场监测数据计算分析不同加固形式及参数对盾构掘进时地面沉降的影响规律。结果表明:采用上部格栅+下部点阵的三轴搅拌桩加固措施,能有效控制地面横向沉降槽沉降宽度≤12 m,最大沉降值≤7 mm;深厚软土地层中先行对后行隧道的影响大于后行对先行隧道,地面加固后隧道开挖对近接建(构)筑物影响较小。

Research on Ground Reinforcement Design of Shield Tunnel in Deep Soft Soil Stratum
Abstract:This paper takes Foshan Metro Line 2 as an example, based on the basic principles of the stratum-structure model, it simplifies the establishment of a stratum-reinforcement-shield tunnel space calculation model. Combining with the field monitoring data, the influence law of different reinforcement forms and parameters on the ground settlement for shield tunneling is calculated and analyzed. The results show that the three-axis mixing pile reinforcement method using the upper grille and the lower lattice can effectively control the settlement width of the ground lateral settlement tank ≤ 12 m and the maximum settlement value ≤ 7mm. In the deep soft soil stratum, the influence of the forward tunnels on backward tunnels is larger than that of the backward tunnels on the forward tunnels. The tunnel excavation after ground reinforcement has less impact on adjacent buildings(structures).
