摘    要:以青岛北客站项目场地“上杂散下软弱”岩土层为背景,在吸收国内垃圾填埋场地基处理成功经验的基础上,对站场范围非沉降敏感区地基采用灌注拌和料桩竖向联合柱锤冲扩桩复合地基处理方法和施工工艺进行了研究,处理后的复合地基承载力和工后沉降均满足设计要求,同时针对应用中的不足,在拌和料桩体成桩、上下桩体衔接等关键施工工艺也提出了一些建议,进一步完善了地基处理工艺。

Study on Application of New Foundation Treatment Technology of Cast-in-place and Mixing Piles with Vertical Combination of Pile Thrusted-expanded Column-hammer
Abstract:In response to the "upper stray and lower weak" characteristics of the rock-soil layer of the site of the Qingdao North Station, composite foundation treatment method and construction technology of cast-in-place and mixing piles with vertical combination of pile thrusted-expanded column-hammer was used for the study on the foundation of the non-subsidence sensitive area of the station site based on absorbing the successful experience of domestic landfill site treatment. The bearing capacity and post-construction settlement of the treated composite foundation both meet the design requirements. Simultaneously, given the application deficiencies, some suggestions have also been put forward on the critical construction processes such as the pile-forming of mixing piles and the connection of upper and lower piles, and the foundation treatment process has been further improved.
