大直径盾构下穿密集建筑沉降控制技术研究

摘    要:以广州地铁18号线番南中间风井—番南1号盾构井区间下穿蔡二村为例,采用Peck公式分析了盾构施工对建筑物和地表的影响程度和影响范围,提出了合理的沉降控制技术,并对施工过程中的沉降进行了监测和分析。结果表明:在双线盾构下穿后,地表会出现明显的双沉降槽变形趋势;通过合理选择掘进参数和注浆加固方案,可使地表和建筑沉降控制在安全范围以内。

Study on Settlement Control Technology of Large-diameter Shield Tunneling Underneath Passing Dense Buildings
Abstract:Taking Fannan intermediate air shaft—Fannan #1 shield shaft section of Guangzhou Metro line 18 underneath passing Caier Village as an example, the influence degree and range of shield construction on buildings and surface are analyzed by using peck formula, the reasonable settlement control technology is put forward and the settlement in the construction process is monitored and analyzed. The result shows that an obvious deformation trend of double settlement grooves appeared at the surface after the double line shield underneath passing.The settlement of the surface and the building can be controlled within the safe range by reasonable selection of tunnelling parameters and grouting reinforcement scheme.
