| Abstract: | In this paper,the background for the preparation of the new edition of FIDIC Contract is introduced.Thereafter,the Conditions of Contract are discussed in terms of overall features,main contents,management mode,risks allocation and application scope.Finally,a forecast is given by the authors on the future application of the Conditions in the global construction industry. |
