电力机车牵引变流器水冷系统的热仿真分析

摘    要:水冷系统是大功率交流传动电力机车牵引变流器安全可靠运行的基础。因其结构复杂,很难采用经验公式和理论计算进行准确的分析,而采用有限体积法对整个水冷系统进行仿真时需面临计算精度与计算机资源巨大的问题。通过运用FLUENT软件先对水冷系统管道内冷却介质的流动情况进行分析,再以计算得到的各水冷散热器入口平均流速为输入参数,然后对逆变模块和整流模块的水冷散热器温升情况进行研究,得到水冷系统的散热性能仿真结果。仿真方法的可行性和仿真结果的准确性得到了试验验证。研究结果可为牵引变流器水冷系统的热设计提供指导。

Abstract:The water cooling system of high-power AC drive electric loconlotive traction converters is the foundation of safe and reliable operation. Heeause of its complex structure, it is difficult to use the experience formula and theory for accurate analysis, while the finite volume method is ,tdopted to analyze the whole water cooling system, the problem between ealculation accuracy and computer resources will be faced. In this paper, the flow of the cooling medium in the pipeline was analyzed by FLUENT software firstly, and then water cooled radiators of inverter and rectifier module temperature were calculated using the average velocity of the water cooling radiator cn trancc as inpul parameters. The feasibility of the simulation methods and the accuracy of the simulation resuhs are verificd by experi mont. The rescearch resulls can provide guidance for the thermal design of cooling system in traction converters.
