中兴大桥变截面钢梁曲线滑移施工技术

摘    要:通过宁波中兴大桥陆上区域的变截面钢梁曲线滑移施工实例,重点介绍了钢梁曲线滑移的关键技术,包括支架、轨道、滑靴、动力与控制系统等设计与选型,顺利完成了钢梁吊装、滑移、就位等施工。实测钢梁线形结果符合设计与规范要求,具有较高的经济性与安全性,可为类似施工提供有价值的参考。

Abstract:By a curvilinear sliding construction example of variable cross-section steel girder in the land area of Zhongxing Bridge in Ningbo, the key technologies of curvilinear sliding of steel girder are specially introduced including the design and type selection of support, track, piston shoe, power and control system. The construction of hoisting, sliding and emplacement of steel girder is successfully completed. The measured linear results of steel girder meet the design and specification requirements, and have the higher economic efficiency and perfectibility, which can provide the valuable reference for the similar constructions.
