摘    要:为确保LNG船舶靠泊安全,对浙江LNG接收站工程进行了船舶靠泊物理模型试验。采用牵引船模及直流力矩电机调节速度的方法,模拟了船舶不同靠泊速度和不同偏心距的靠泊方式。试验表明,船舶靠泊角度为5°时,4个护舷受力不均,1#护舷先受力且受力最大;不同偏心距条件下的撞击力没有明显规律,且相差不大;靠泊速度为0.15 m/s条件下,静水靠泊和顶流靠泊时设计护舷型号可满足要求,横浪1.5m时靠泊则撞击力不满足要求。建议尽量减小靠泊角度,使得护舷受力均匀,以减少靠泊时的撞击力。

Abstract:In order to guarantee the LNG ship berthing safety,the physical model test of ship berthing was carried out in Zhejiang LNG terminal project.By using towing ship model and DC torque motor,the different berthing speeds and the berthing modes of different eccentricities were simulated.Test results show that the impact forces of the four fenders are uneven distribution when the berthing angle of ship is 5°,and the number one fender is impacted at first and its impact force is maximum.There is no obvious rule of impact forces under the berthing of different eccentricities,and its values have no big difference.The design fender type can meet the requirements for LNG ship berthing in still water under the berthing speed of 0.15 m/s,and it can not meet the requirements under the transverse wave height of 1.5 m.It is proposed that the berthing angle should be reduced as far as possible to balance and reduce the stress of each fender.
