| Abstract: | The authorities play a very important role in the development of urban mass rapid transit projects in China.Countermeasures,including scientific planning of underground space,developing policies to support urban mass rapid transit projects,controlling safety and environmental risks and full-course risk supervision,are proposed so as to overcome the shortcoming of the present situations. |
