乳腺癌p16和p53蛋白的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 探讨p1 6蛋白和p53蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组化ABC法检测了 74例乳腺癌 p1 6蛋白和p53蛋白的表达情况。结果  74例乳腺癌 p1 6蛋白阳性表达率43 2 % ;在不同组织学分级的乳腺癌中p1 6蛋白阳性率分别为Ⅰ级 1 1 1 % ,Ⅱ级 50 % ,Ⅲ级 44 8% ,其各组间差异无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5)。 74例乳腺癌p53蛋白的阳性率为 44 6% ;p53蛋白阳性表达与乳腺癌组织学分级明显相关 ,其阳性率分别为Ⅰ级 2 2 2 % ,Ⅱ级 30 6% ,Ⅲ级 69 0 % ,Ⅲ级明显高于Ⅰ级 (P <0 0 1 )和Ⅱ级 (P <0 0 1 )。乳腺癌 p1 6蛋白与p53蛋白表达之间无明显相关。结论 p1 6蛋白的失表达 ,突变型p53蛋白的过表达均与乳腺癌发生发展有关 ,它们通过不同途径发挥生物学作用 ,p53蛋白表达对评估乳腺癌的分化程度和判断预后具有一定价值。

Expression of p16 and p53 protein in breast carcinoma
Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of p16 and p53 protein in breast carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Seventy four cases of breast carcinoma were examined for p16 and p53 protein expression with immunohistochemical method.Results Of the 74 breast carcinoma cases,32(43.2%) were positive for p16 protein,42(56.8%) were lacked p16 protein.p16 protein expression did not show correlation with the histological grade ( P >0 05).The positive rate of p53 protein expression was 44.6% in breast carcinoma.There was a significant correlation between p53 protein expression and histological grade ( P <0.01).There was no significant corrrelation between the expression of p16 and p53 protein. Conclusion The loss of p16 protein expression and over expression of p53 protein may be related to the genesis and development of some breast carcinomas. p53 protein expression is of value in evaluating the degree of differentiation and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
