立方形氢氧化铝粉体的制备及性能表征

摘    要:采用水热合成方法,以硫酸铝为原料,乙醇水溶液为溶剂,合成了具有立方形貌的氢氧化铝粉体材料.利用SEM、XRD、TG、IR分别对氢氧化铝的形貌、物相结构、热分解行为及官能团结构进行了分析.研究结果表明,当水醇比为1∶1,反应时间24 h,反应温度为200℃时,可获得形貌规则、分散度良好的立方形貌的氢氧化铝粉体,并且在此条件下水热合成的粉体为薄水铝石相.经700℃和1 200℃焙烧后分别得到仍为立方形貌的γ-Al2O3和α-Al2O3粉体.

Abstract:Cubic AlOOH was synthesized with aluminum sulfate as precursor,ethanol-water as solvent by hydrothermal method.γ-Al2O3 and α-Al2O3 are obtained upon calcinatiing at 700℃ and 1 200℃,respectively.The morphology,phase structure,thermal decomposition behavior and organic structure of as-synthesized aluminum hydroxide were characterized by scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffraction,thermal gravimetric analysis and FT-IR spectrograph.Experiment results show that cubic aluminum hydroxide powder can be obtained using aluminum sulfate as a precursor when the ratio of water via alcohol is 1∶1 with hydrothermal time of 24 h,at 200℃,and the as-synthsized cubic aluminum hydroxide powder has good dispersity and regular morphology with the powder phase of boehmite.
