摘    要:分析了远洋高级船员流失的现状和特点以及人才流失的影响因素,采用比较和举例论证的方法,总结出我国高级船员流失的前因后果,继而提出解决我国远洋高级船员流失的对策.

Abstract:Based on the analysis on the present situation and characteristics of the lost of ocean-ship senior officers with the comparing research and case-analysis methods,the article seriously studies and analyses the factors impacting the lost and forecasts the trend.And thus presents the countermeasures to reduce and supplement the lost of ocean-ship senior officers in China.
