| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the present situation and characteristics of the lost of ocean-ship senior officers with the comparing research and case-analysis methods,the article seriously studies and analyses the factors impacting the lost and forecasts the trend.And thus presents the countermeasures to reduce and supplement the lost of ocean-ship senior officers in China. |
