| 摘 要： | 随着近年来科研项目的不断增长,在科研单位的项目管理中采取多项目管理方法显得尤为重要。本文基于这一出发点,阐述了科研单位多项目管理的概念以及在科研单位进行多项目管理的必要性,提出了基于科研单位的多项目管理方法,这对科研单位的项目管理工作具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | With the continuous growth of research projects in recent years, it is particularly important to adopt a multi-project management in research institute. Based on this starting point, this paper elaborates the concepts of multi-project management, and analyzes the necessity of multi-project management in research institute. Then this paper proposes multi-project management method based on research institute, which have some guidance meaning to the project management work in research institute. |
