| Abstract: | By studying the international and foreign high-speed railway technical regulation and standard systems,the paper systematically analyzes the current situation of high-speed railway technical regulation and standard systems of UIC,EU,Japan,USA,Russia,in order to give reference to improving China high-speed railway technical standard system,promoting the internationalization of China high-speed railway standards and implementing the strategy of China railway going abroad. |
