Load Spectrum Compiling of Motorcycle Fatigue Test Platform

Main methods of compiling the motorcycle fatigue spectrum are introduced,together with the main fatigue test method of motorcycle and parts. The main topics focus on the research of road spectrum of motorcycle,which were manufactured by native factories. In the original data processing,new method of ill signal and the load signal compression scale is introduced.In practice,a pump parameters method is used for ill signal elimination,and a new load compression scale is also applied.The compliled load spectrum has been accepted by motorcycle factory and used in fatigue test platform.
