| 摘 要： | 《高速铁路实施—设计阶段》是UIC国际铁路系列标准《高速铁路实施》的一项标准。该标准对高速铁路运营和维护计划、详细设计等两个子阶段进行规定。旨在介绍该标准的适用范围、主要内容、技术特点,以及我国高速铁路建设管理经验在标准中的体现,为我国在高速铁路领域的国际交流提供有益借鉴,推动我国铁路"走出去"。

| Abstract: | Implementation of High Speed Railway-Design Phase is one of the series international railway standards in Implementation of High Speed Railway. This standard defines the common practices in high speed railway operation and maintenance. This paper introduces the scope of applicability,main content and salient features of this standard as well as how the railway construction and management experiences of China are reflected in the standard,which may benefit the international exchange of Chinese high speed railway and boost the internationalization of Chinese railway. |
