基于地源热泵的高速道岔融雪系统设计研究

摘    要:道岔融雪系统对于铁路列车运行安全和效率具有重要意义。针对目前我国铁路线路普遍安装使用的电加热道岔融雪设备存在的缺陷和不足,提出一种新型的基于地源热泵技术的高速铁路道岔融雪系统。该系统是将地源热泵和铁路道岔融雪相结合的一种更节能、环保、有效的用能方式。通过对道岔融雪耗能和热流体传热基本性能的分析研究,提出系统设计的常规方法,为铁路道岔融雪新技术的研究与应用提供新思路。

Design and Research of High-speed Turnout Snow Melting System Based on Ground Source Heat Pump

Abstract:Railroad turnout snow melting system is of great significance for safe operation and efficiency of traffic. Aiming at the shortcomings of the turnout snow melting electrical heating device widely used in Chinese railway lines,a new type of high-speed rail turnout snow melting system based on ground source heat pump technology is proposed. The system,combining the ground source heat pump with the railroad turnout snow melting,is energy-efficient,environment friendly and effective. This paper proposes the general system design method by analyzing the basic performances of the snow melting energy and heat fluid heat transfer,which provides a new idea for the research and application of the new snow melting technology to high-speed railway turnout.
