| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)用作早期妊娠试验的作用原理、操作方法及临床应用,并与生物测定法、乳胶试验、放射免疫法等作了比较,认为ELISA 试验特异性强、灵敏度高、设备简单、易操作、测定时间短、无放射性危害等,实为诊断早早孕之理想方法。基文共作70例,诊断符合率为98.6%,诊断最早为29天(即排卵后15天),最长为闭经60天。ELISA 试验除作为早早孕珍断外,还能协助诊断病理妊娠及葡萄胎等之随访和管理。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the principles,procedures and clinical use of enzyme-lin-ked Immunosorbent assay.Seventy caseswere determined for diagnosis of early pre-gnancy.of theses cases,69(98.6%)provedaccurate.Compared with other pregnancytests,ELISA is better than any othermethods in the diagnosis of early pregnancybecause of its rapidity,specilicity andaccuracy,There is no harmful effects onhuman beings and the facilities needed areavailable.As a sensitive accurate methodELISA could also be used to follow uppatients with hydatidiform and chorio-epithelioma. |
