路面基层贫混凝土的力学特性研究

摘    要:作为路面基层材料,贫混凝土得到越来越多的应用。通过室内试验。研究了振捣贫混凝土与碾压贫混凝土的28d弯拉强度与抗压强度,得出二者之间的相关关系;进行弯拉弹性模量试验。得出贫混凝土28d弯拉弹性模量与弯拉强度之间的关系,据此得出对应关系表作为模量推荐值;通过室内小梁弯拉疲劳试验。分析疲劳寿命试验数据的概率分布,得出贫混凝土疲劳寿命及等效疲劳寿命均服从双参数威布尔分布。并据此建立了不同失效概率下两种形式的双对数疲劳方程。

Abstract:As a basecourse material, lean concrete has been used wider and wider. By indoor-test, the 28 d flexural tensile strength and compression strength of vibrated lean concrete and rolled lean concrete are studied, and the relationship between them educed. Carrying out flexural tensile elastic module test, the relationship between flexural tensile elastic module and flexural tensile strength, and the corresponding relation table as recommended value are got. At last, according to indoor flexural fatigue tests, the probability distribution of fatigue life is analyzed, that both fatigue life and equivalent fatigue life of lean concrete obey the two-parameter Weibull distribution are drawn, and two types of fatigue equation under different stress level and equivalent stress level are built.
