摘    要:以苏通大桥斜拉桥双吊机八支点悬臂拼装施工方案为背景,介绍混合有限元法在箱梁拼接断面的相对变形分析中的应用和计算结果。该方法可以同时考虑悬臂体系箱梁整体受力和钢箱梁的纵向与横向局部受力及其对箱梁截面变形的影响。计算结果可供大跨度斜拉桥钢箱梁的设计和悬臂施工参考。

Abstract:With reference to the construction scheme for cantilever installation of flat steel box girder of the cable-stayed bridge of Sutong Bridge with 2 sets of cranes and 8 supporting points,this paper presents the application of hybrid finite element method to the analysis of relative deformation of the assembled sections of the box girder and the calculation results obtained with the method.The method in question can take account of both the global mechanical behavior, longitudinal and transverse local stress conditions of the cantilevering system of the box girder,and influences of the global mechanical behavior and local stress conditions on the deformation of the sections of the girder.The calculation results may serve as reference to the design and cantilever installation of steel box girders of other long span cable-stayed bridges.
