混凝土预制块铺面的承载力特性试验研究

混凝土预制块铺面是由单个预制块体按照一定规则拼装而成的一种特殊路面结构,被广泛应用于城市人行道、小区、公园和景区路面铺装。预制块铺面存在大量不连续接缝,使其承载力特性与传统的沥青路面和水泥路面有很大不同。从定性角度对预制块铺面承载力机理进行分析,通过室内预制块铺面的承载板试验研究接缝特性、砂垫层厚度、块体几何尺寸等对其承载力的影响,得到临界弯沉、荷载扩散系数和永久变形影响系数等预制块铺面结构极其重要的力学行为参数,对研究混凝土预制块铺面结构设计具有重要参考价值。

Experimental Research on Bearing Capacity Characteristics of Pavement of Prefabricated Concrete Blocks

The pavement of prefabricated concrete blocks is a special pavement structure assembled by individual prefabricated blocks according to a certain rules and extensively applied for road pavement of urban sidewalks, subdistricts, parks and scenic spots. In pavement of prefabricated blocks a great number of interrupted joints exist, enabling big difference in bearing capacity characteristics of them from conventional asphalt pavement and cement pavement. This paper analyzes the mechanisms of bearing capacity of prefabricated blocks from qualitative viewpoint, researches influences of joint characteristics, thickness of sand cushion, geometrical dimensions of blocks, etc. on beating capacity via the test for bearing plates of indoor pavement of prefabricated blocks, and obtains parameters of the structure and important mechanical behaviors of the pavement of prefabricated blocks including critical deflection, diffusion coefficients of load and influencing coefficients of permanent deformation, showing important reference values for study on structural design of the pavement of fabricated concrete blocks.
