| Abstract: | The paper expounds on the basic characters of the teaching plan and curriculum design for navigation major in the western developed countries and other developing countries. Compared with the situation of teaching plan and curriculum design in the higher vocational at home, the paper presents the idea on how to use foreign advanced concept for reference to improve our own teaching plan and curriculum design. |
