| 摘 要： | 阻燃沥青混合料主要用于隧道等有特殊防火要求的路段,而温拌沥青混合料则因为其排放少、环境友好、节约能源而逐步在全球范围内应用。针对隧道的特殊施工环境,采用阻燃温拌混合料可有效降低对施工人员健康的不利影响,同时又能保证隧道使用期内的防火安全,是一种实用的隧道路面混合料类型。结合江西省武吉高速九岭山隧道工程实践,采用APFR阻燃剂和F6温拌液制备了该类混合料,先对其相容性进行了试验研究,根据pH值和烘烤残留物质量间接证明了二者不会产生相互不利影响,其后进行了高温、低温、水损害等试验,证明了其路用性能与普通热拌混合料、Sasobi温拌混合料相比没有显著降低,最后通过实体工程数据,总结了该类混合料施工的主要控制要点。
