特殊工况下货车驾驶室的结构优化

摘    要:以某轻型载货汽车为例,建立驾驶室有限元模型,通过实验模态与数值模态对比进行模型验证。驾驶室与车架通过翻转机构连接,决定了载荷工况的特殊性。分析驾驶室的受力情况。在外载不变的情况下,基于各部件板厚的灵敏度值,对驾驶室进行轻量化处理。轻量化结果用于外部载荷大小的更新,计算得到结构改进后的驾驶室强度。分析结果表明:通过对灵敏部件的板厚修改,在总车身质量减小的情况下,白车身的强度也有一定提高。

Abstract:A finite element model for a light-duty truck cab is established,which is proved to be accurate by of experimental modal and numerical modal.Because the cab and the frame connect by the flip institutions,the load case is special and analyse the force of the cab.Under the same load case,based on the thickness of the sensitivity values of the various components,the cab is handled for light weight design.The result is used for the optimization of thickness and the update of external load value.The analysis results show that: the light weight process increases the strength of the white body significantly.
