基于ADAMS的FSAE赛车转向梯形机构的优化设计

摘    要:在设计FSAE赛车悬架转向机构的基础上,分析了转向机构中的关键点对阿克曼转向特性的影响。利用ADAMS软件建立FSAE赛车悬架转向机构的虚拟样机模型,并对转向梯形机构进行优化设计,着重分析了梯形转向机构的几个约束条件和目标函数的建立。优化结果表明,优化后赛车转向系的内外轮的转角关系值与理论值更接近,误差更小,改善了赛车的转向性能。

Abstract:The influence of the key points of steering mechanism on the steering characteristics of Ackerman was analyzed on the basis of designing the suspension and steering mechanism of FSAE car.The virtual prototype model was built by using ADAMS software,the steering trapezoid was calculated and designed using optimal method,and its several constraints and objective function were analyzed mainly.The optimization results show that the angle relationship value is close with the theoretical value at the inside and outside wheel,the error becomes smaller.The steering performance of FSAE car can be improved.
